Google Fonts

All fonts used on this website are self-hosted and served from our own server. When you visit the website, no connection to Google is established for loading fonts, and no IP address is transmitted to Google.

6. Analysis and advertising

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to manage our analysis and marketing tools. Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies and collects no personal data, but it does transmit your IP address when the container is loaded. The container is only loaded after you have given your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 TDDDG. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Google Tag Manager itself does not store any personal data.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for range measurement (audience analysis). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. as our processor. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), so an adequate level of data protection is ensured. Event data is stored for up to 14 months. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 TDDDG.

Google Ads – conversion tracking and remarketing

We use Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure the success of advertising campaigns (conversion tracking) and to build target groups (remarketing). For this purpose, cookies such as _gcl_au are set and a usage profile is created. The tools are loaded via Google Tag Manager and only after your consent, in compliance with Google Consent Mode v2. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is DPF-certified. The conversion cookie _gcl_au is stored for up to 90 days. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 TDDDG.

Microsoft Bookings

We embed a booking calendar from Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) on our contact page. The calendar is only loaded after your consent (click-to-load); without consent, no connection to Microsoft is established. Microsoft may process personal data in connection with the booking; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. is certified under the DPF. Data may be transferred to the USA; booking-related data is stored by Microsoft in accordance with its retention policies. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 TDDDG.
